  • We reserve the right to refuse a sale if we believe the intended environment is unsuitable.

  • Bulk purchases for resale require prior approval.

3. Health Guarantee:

  • All fish are carefully inspected for health and vitality before sale.

  • We do not sell fish showing signs of illness or distress.

4. Shipping & Transport:

  • Live fish are packed in insulated containers with oxygenated water.

  • Overnight or express shipping is required to minimize transport stress.

  • Customers must follow proper acclimation procedures upon arrival to avoid health complications.

5. Returns & Refunds:

  • Due to biosecurity concerns, live fish cannot be returned.

  • Order cancellations must be made within two hours of ordering prior to dispatch to qualify for a refund.
