Descriptive Accuracy and Limitation of liability

I endeavour to describe the fish as accurately as possible, but errors can occur in the information on the website.

I will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in my power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence, I cannot be held liable for any loss suffered if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Due to the complexity, please make sure you order the correct fish and have checked their requirements and compatibility with your existing stock.

Prices, Payment & Cancellation

The fish will be sold as gender neutral unless specified at time of purchase.

The pictures of the products are for presentation only. The ordered products may have differences (e.g. colour, form, etc.) towards the photos existing on the site.

The prices and availability to the products are subject to change at any time without notice.

I reserve the right to increase the prices to reflect any increases in costs.
Prices are as stated on the website at the time of ordering and payment.
I reserve the right to cancel any orders due to non-payment or errors caused by computer software.
No order will be shipped out unless full payment is received.
There can be no cancellations after payment.

Delivery & Refund

Please only place an order if you will be home on the given delivery date.
Orders will not be sent out on a Friday or over the weekend.
Due to the packing costs involved, a minimum order of £100 (before delivery charges) is required.
Minimum delivery cost is £19.95.

Once the fish have been despatched it is the customers’ responsibility to make sure they are in to receive the fish.
I will not be held liable if you are not in on the day to receive the fish.

An adult must be present to sign for the delivery.
By signing for the delivery you accept they are in good condition.
If a fish is “dead on arrival”, a clear picture must be taken of the fish in the sealed bag with a time and date stamp. A refund will be provided for the fish minus the delivery cost.

If you are not there when the driver calls, they will be taken to the local depot where you will need to arrange to collect them.
I will accept no liability for the fish if they are returned to the depot.
