Originally developed from Ocellaris stock, this striking variety retains the calm temperament and hardiness that makes Ocellaris clownfish so popular, while offering a far more understated and elegant appearance.
Our Darwin Clownfish are captive-bred and raised in the UK, acclimated to aquarium life from an early stage and feeding confidently on prepared foods. Their dark coloration continues to deepen with age, creating a clean, high-contrast look that works particularly well in reef and mixed marine systems.
Darwin Clownfish are well suited to both experienced marine keepers and hobbyists looking to step into designer varieties without introducing aggressive or delicate fish. As with all our stock, they are raised slowly in stable systems with close attention to health, behaviour, and long-term success.
